Mandy is 2 years old she was diagnosed with M.S. at the age of 18 months. Her mother has a pacemaker and needs a new one put in. They just found out her brother also has M.S. Her father has the only income and we works as a Janitor! The family is going from their home to Boston on a regular Basis for Mandy's treatments and fitting for the leg braces and body brace! We Are holding a benefit fair to raise the money to help them with travel expenses! Everyone is welcome to come see what the vendors are bringing, show their support and donate if they feel like it.

Oakland United Baptist Church will be holding a Turkey Pie Supper on Saturday, May 10th from 4:30 to 6:00PM in the Fellowship Area. The home cooked menu includes homemade Turkey Pie, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, dessert & beverage. Take outs are available. The suggested donation of $7.00 per adult and $5.00 per child ages 5 12 with a Family Deal ($20 for 2 adults & 2 or more children immediate family only) will go towards the support of the Blessings in a BackPack~SnackBag ministry.Oakland United Baptist Church is located at 45-47 Church St, Oakland ME.
