Carrabec Community Cares 5K Run/Walk (Community Fundraiser)
Time: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Location: Carrabec High School 160 North Main Street North Anson Maine

North Anson- The Carrabec High School Softball Team with help from the All Activities Boosters Club will hold a 5K Run/Walk to benefit Breast Cancer and booster activities. Registration starts at 10:00am with the run/walk starting at 11:00am. You are encouraged to pre-register by e-mail to CCC5KM@gmail.com, facebook- Carrabec High School All Activities Boosters, or pick up a form at the Carrabec High School or Middle School before April 25. A donation fee of $10.00 a person or $25.00 for a family of 3 or more is requested. Registration with a t-shirt is $25.00 a person. Following the run/walk there will be a silent auction beginning about 12:30 with many wonderful items donated by area businesses to include a 4 night stay at a Maine Lakeside Cabin, Sugarloaf Vouchers, 5 Baseball Clinic Sessions at Thomas College, Gift Cards, and much more. Silver Tea (Fundraiser)
Time: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Location: St. Marks Home, 57 Winthrop St. , Augusta

This year St. Marks Home holds an annual Silver Tea Saturday May 3rd. Showcasing foods from area restaurant, musical accompaniment and auction items. All donations benefit healthy independent living with the comforts of home for the residents of St. Marks Home.
